Park Notes: Rose Mofford Dog Park is an off leash park is located in Phoenix, arizona. This park has a separate play area for smaller, timid dogs to run around. There are a couple of watering stations for the dogs. Pooper scoopers available within the park. During past summers, there has been little doggie pools for the dogs to cool off in.
