Park Notes: Sepulveda Basin Off-Leash Dog Park is in Van Nuys, CA. This park has three separate sections. A large section for dogs over 40 pounds, timid/small section for all sizes of dogs (as long as the dogs are not over aggressive), and a small section for dogs under 20 pounds. It has agility course for the dogs to run around on. It has a water station for the dogs and also a water fountain that is for both the dogs and their humans.
