Park Notes: Sonoma Park is a park in Carson City, NV that allows dogs to run off-leash during certain parts of the day. Dogs are allowed on or off-leash under the owners control until 4:00pm daily. After 4:00pm they must be on leash. Dogs must be on leash whenever youth sports are being held in the park. Dogs are not allowed in the playground fenced in area.
