Park Notes: Off leash dog park in Golden, CO. It's a tiny, no frills dog park. There's not a lot of other options nearby so it's better than nothing. It's best suited for smaller, less active dogs, but any size dog can have some fun here. The grass is wearing out so it can get muddy after it rains or snows. Restrooms are seasonal and a short walk away. There is one light in the park. It doesn't light up much of the park.

This park can be hard to find. It's located on the South side of Ulysses Park. Ulysses has two parking lots, one off of Ulysses St and the other off of W 10th Ave (west of Bell Middle School). You can park in either lot, but the Ulysses parking lot is further away. The 10th Ave parking lot takes you right to the dog park.

Decent Park It's a tiny off-leash dog park, but it is a place for me to run around and play fetch. It's located on the south side of Ulysses Park. It can get muddy after rain/snow. There is grass, but a lot if it has disappeared and turned into dirt. There aren't many amenities to mention, picnic tables and benches and there is usually plenty of poop bags to clean up after me. There are bathrooms in the park for the humans, but they are sometimes locked during the day. There is a water fountain, near the furthest bathrooms and by the skate park. They do turn off the water during the winter months. There's a playground for the kids by the skate park and a walking path that runs around the perimeter of Ulysses Park for the humans to get some exercise.
