Park Notes: Optimist Youth Sports Complex Dog Off-Leash Area is an off leash area in Optimist Youth Sports Complex in Boise, ID. PLEASE NOTE: This off leash area does not have a fence, only allowed off leash during certain hours, and dogs are prohibited in the park during certain months. Dogs are prohibited (except service animals): September 1 - October 31 & March 1 - May 31. Off-Leash Hours: November 1 - February 28 and June 1 - August 31: Sunrise to Sunset. Signs throughout the park show the area that dogs are allowed to be off leash.
