Parking: The best parking is located at Niles Community Park. This is at the corner of 3rd and H Streets. Shinn Pond Dog Park is only a couple hundred yard walk west from there along the levee. Alternative parking is located on School St.

Park Notes: Shinn Pond Dog Park is not officially sanctioned as a dog park, but many people let their dogs run off-leash and swim. This off-leash area is located in Fremont, CA. Please not that this area is not fenced.
