Parking: There are two parking lots for the Valmont City Park. The one off of Valmont Road is adjacent to the dog park. The parking lot off of Airport Road requires a bit of walking to the east side of the park.

Ground Cover: Some Grass Dirt/Gravel Weeds

Park Notes: Valmont Dog Park off-leash dog park is located in east Boulder, CO. This park has a small separate area for smaller, timid dogs to run around. It's about a quarter acre. The large dog area is almost 3 acres. There are 3 water stations located near the entry gates. They are shut off over the winter. There are several picnic tables scattered throughout the park, as well as plastic lawn chairs. There is a doggie pool in both sides of the park for the dogs to cool off in on hot summer days. The agility course only consists of the doggie ramp.

Poop Bags:This dog park has poop bag stations, but it's always good to bring your own in case they're out.

The Valmont Bike Park is adjacent to the dog park. It is a 42-acre bike terrain park.

Please keep an eye on your dogs and always clean up after them. Dogs must be vaccinated and spayed or neurtered to enter any dog park.
