Park Notes: West Arvada Dog Park is an off-leash dog park located in Arvada, CO. It has a porta potty in the parking lot. There are a four different sections, one for smaller, timid dogs. It's a tiny little area. In the summers when the weeds grow tall, be careful for rattle snakes. There are signs posted. There's a trail that runs along the perimeter of the park of the 2 largest sections. The middle of the park is mostly weeds. It has two pavilions for shelter from the sun or rain. Lots of benches scattered throughout the park. Lots of people bring jugs or water for the dogs and fill up the many water bowls scattered throughout the park. It's still good to bring your own in case there isn't any.

From the North: Head southeast on CO-93 S. Turn left onto W 64th Pkwy. Continue onto W 66th Ave/W 68th Ave. After driving a little bit, you'll see the dog park on your left. Take a left into the parking lot.
From the South: Head north on CO-93 S. Turn left onto W 64th Pkwy. Continue onto W 66th Ave/W 68th Ave. After driving a little bit, you'll see the dog park on your left. Take a left into the parking lot.
From the East: Head west on W 64th Ave toward Norse St. Continue onto W 66th Ave and take a right into the parking lot.

Big Park! This park is large. It has walking paths for my mum and I to get some exercise. She likes to throw the ball for me while we're walking so that I get lots of extra steps in. The paths go around the perimeter of the park. It has several different areas and entry gates. There is one little section for small dogs. There's not much to the park, mostly just open space, but it's great for all of us to get some exercise. It's usually a pretty clean park. People usually bring lots of jugs of water to share. There's many benches and tables spread around the park for the humans. Big shade trees and a few shelters that I can hide from the sun or rain. I get hot fast in the sun. My mum brings her own bags to this park because sometimes the stations are out. There's a porta potty near the parking lot for the humans. The parking lot is huge. The park can get quite crowded but it take a lot to fill up that parking lot.
