Park Notes: Twin Lakes Off Leash Dog Swim is an off-leash dog park in Boulder, CO. The west lake has the off-leash area and the east lake the dogs must be on a leash. The off-leash side has a trail that runs around the lake. The trail is .7 miles long. Dogs are allowed to swim in the lake, their humans are not. There are benches scattered throughout the park. Trash bins are only located at the main entry gate. The other two gates are only reachable by foot on the Twin Lakes Trail. Dogs can play fetch in the water or in the small open field off mowed weeds, close to the main gate. They could also play on the trail, but the gravel could get rough on their paws after awhile.
